Personal Data

Personal data means any information relating to you as a natural person. This information includes your name, your address and e-mail address. You must not disclose any personal data for the use of our website. In some cases, we need your name and address as well as further information to offer you the desired service.

The same applies in the event that we supply you with information material on request or if we answer your inquiries. In these cases, we will always point this out to you. We only store the data that you have transmitted to us automatically or voluntarily.

When you use one of our services, we usually only collect the data necessary to provide you with our services. This may include asking you for additional voluntary information. Whenever we process personal information, we do so to provide you with our service or to pursue our commercial objectives.

Automatically Stored Data

Server-Log-Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files which are automatically sent by your browser. These are:

This data will not be merged with other data sources. The processing according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit f of the GDPR is based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.

For reasons of technical safety, particularly for defense against attempted attacks on our web server, this data is stored for a short time. A conclusion to individual persons is not possible on the basis of this data. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymised by shortening the IP address at the domain level so that it is no longer possible to relate to the individual user. In anonymous form, the data is also processed for statistical purposes; a comparison with other databases or a transfer to third parties, even in part, does not take place. The total number of page views will be represented only in the context of our server statistics, which we publish every two years in our activity report.

Cookies

When you visit our website, we may store information on your computer in the form of cookies. Cookies are small files that are transferred from an Internet server to your browser and stored on its hard drive. Only the Internet Protocol address is stored here – no personal data. The information stored in the cookies enables the computer to be automatically recognized on the next visit and facilitates the use of the website for you. The legal basis for the use of cookies is the legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DGPR.

You can, of course, visit our website without accepting cookies. If you do not want your computer to be recognized the next time you visit, you can also refuse the use of cookies by changing the settings in your browser to “decline cookies”. The respective procedure can be found in the manual of your respective browser. However, the disabling of this function may result in limitations on the usability of some areas of our website.

Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager. The Tag Manager does not collect any personal data. The tool triggers other tags which may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If disabled at the domain or cookie level, it will remain in effect for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. The privacy policy of Google for this tool can be found here: https://www.google.de/tagmanager/use-policy.html

Google Web Fonts

For a visually improved presentation of various information on our website, Google web Fonts (http://www.fonts.google.com/) are used. When opening the website, the webfonts are transferred to the data cache of the browser to use them for the representation of the website. If the browser does not support the Google web fonts or prevents access, the text is displayed in a standard font. When the page is visited, no cookies are stored on the visitors computer. Data submitted in connection with the page view is sent to resource-specific domains such as fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com. This data will not be associated with any information that may be collected or used in connection with the parallel use of authenticated Google services such as Gmail.

You can set your browser to not load the fonts from the Google servers (for example by installing add-ons such as NoScript or Ghostery for Firefox). If your browser does not support Google Fonts or you restrict access to Google servers, the text will be displayed in the default font of the system.
